Assistant Private Secretary (APS, equivalent to PPS-6) — BA/BSc with shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute, plus 2 years of relevant experience. Computer literacy is preferable. Maximum age is 50 years. Accountant (equivalent to PPS-6) — MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA Inter or ACCA Foundation, with 1 year of working experience in maintaining cash and accounts books and reconciling accounts with AGPR. Computer literacy is preferred. Maximum age is 45 years. Both posts are contract appointments filled purely on merit under the PSDP monitoring project.
